Depending on your adjusted family net income, the CDCP covers a percentage of the treatment costs based on established CDCP fees. If your family income is under $70,000, your coverage is 100% of the CDCP fee (though patients are responsible for any difference between the clinic's standard fee guide and the CDCP fee). For incomes between $70,000 and $79,999, there is a 40% co-payment, and for incomes between $80,000 and $89,999, there is a 60% co-payment.
